1: When it's your turn, pick a card that corresponds to the amount of spaces you wish to move.

2: You will only move the amount specified.

3: Many things can happen when you land on a space.

4: If you land on a Property space (without an owner), you can choose to purchase it if you have enough money.

5: If the Property space is owned by another player, then you will have to pay them.

6: Likewise, if another player lands on your Property space, they will have to pay you, so go ahead and buy lots of Properties!

7: If you land on a Property space you already own, you can Invest in it to raise the Rent paid on it.

8: Various Events can occur when you land on an Event space.

9: If you land (or pass through) the Start space, you will receive a bonus for Lapping the board.

10: Be careful, as you will have to sell your Properties if your balance dips into negative figures.

11: You will lose if you go Bankrupt.

12: You will be deemed the winner if all other players go Bankrupt, or you are the top-ranking player with the most assets when the clear conditions have been met.
